Katherine is a native of Las Vegas, and attended Valley High School and the University of Nevada Las Vegas. As a pioneer in local homeowners association management, Katherine is responsible for the development of many contracts, policies, and procedures that govern or influence community management today. Her philosophy has always been to give homeowners and board members the knowledge and tools they need to better run their association. Katherine is a winner of the 2007 Women of Distinction Award from the National Association of Woman Business Owners (NAWBO). She was recognized for her extraordinary accomplishments which have brought her to the very top of her field. Katherine is a “lifetime member” of the Zion Natural History Association (ZNHA) where she also currently serves as a board member.

Deborah is a lifelong Las Vegas resident and attended Clark High school and the University of Nevada Reno. As President, Deborah is actively involved in the daily administration and management of the company. She is a hands-on leader, whose enthusiasm for delivering the highest level of customer service is evident throughout the Terra West organization.

Corey Grimes, Nevada Certified Community Manager

Corey is responsible for all field operations in both the Community Management and Residential Property Management Divisions of the company, as well as all buildings owned or used by Terra West. He supervises the employees who inspect the individual units and the common areas in the company’s client associations. Corey also oversees the inspections of the company’s rental properties after a tenant move out. He also supervises the company’s Information Technology Systems division which administers company platforms, technology and strategies. This critical role identifies information system enhancements that will improve business and support future business needs for both Terra West and the company’s partners. In addition, Corey directs the firm’s mail and printing divisions. Corey guides the activities of the Safety Committees for each of the company’s office locations, serves as the liaison with all third party vendors, supervises the work of the company’s personnel performing building maintenance, and oversees the regular upkeep of each building.

Andy directs the firm’s overall marketing, branding and strategic planning programs to build external relationships with the organization's constituencies and the media. In addition to all corporate communication efforts, including public relations and community outreach, he oversees Terra West’s website design strategy and social media activities. Andy has dynamic, broad-based experience in marketing and communications and a proven record in media relations, internal communications, news and public relations. His diverse and extensive background in marketing and communications is a great resource for Terra West and Terra West’s partners as he identifies ways to strengthen marketing, branding and elevated communication goals for the community.

Tammy is responsible for supervising the activities of the managers and support staff engaged in the physical, financial, leasing, and administrative management of approximate 1,000 residential single-family homes, town homes and condominiums. She is a licensed State of Nevada Real Estate Broker/Salesperson with a Certified Property Management Permit and more than 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry. Tammy believes that actions speak louder than words. Simply put, she has built her reputation and business upon client confidence, successful relationships and integrity. Meeting and exceeding her clients’ expectations while soliciting their input form the core of her customer centric approach. Tammy is ready to assist your residential property management needs.

As Chief Financial Officer, Juan is responsible for all accounting, budgeting, control and reporting functions for Terra West and its subsidiary divisions. He is an active member of the executive committee, which sets policy for the organization. Bringing with him nine years of experience in accounting and finance, Juan has an excellent reputation in the industry and is currently completing his master’s degree in accounting and preparing for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. In these challenging financial times, he is concentrating on the basics of sound fiscal management for the company. Current efforts include building the skills of the accounting staff and an evaluation of banking services, which will provide the greatest flexibility, service and security for the company and its clients. In his spare time, Juan enjoys tennis, soccer, basketball, baseball, swimming and is a member of a local drag racing team. He is also involved in Club OLE – an organization that raises funds for Latinos in need – along with volunteering his time to support local students and retirement home residents.

Kristin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Community Management division of Terra West. In this capacity, she directly supervises all of the managers and assistants in the division, including staff in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Mesquite, Reno and St. George, Utah. She ensures the smooth and effective functioning of all associations totaling 6,186 units, and oversees all of the day-to-day management activities for these associations, including budget preparation, board meeting agendas and minutes, timely contract renewals, inspections, vendor relations, and responding to homeowner requests and questions. Kristin began her management career in 1990 with a New Jersey based property management company, where she was responsible for leasing, renting and maintaining several apartment communities and commercial properties. She is a Nevada Certified Supervising Community Manager, and is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), from which she has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations.
