perform the major duties and responsibilities
of this position, a person must be able
to:
Read small print, both on paper and on
a computer screen, quickly and accurately
Sit for extended periods of time while working
at a computer
Hear and speak clearly on the telephone and in
person
Operate a vehicle safely
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum one year administrative and/or
customer service experience
Intermediate knowledge of word and excel
Type
60 wpm
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Respond to homeowner’s telephone calls
and correspondence
Maintain the “Association Closeout Inventory” list
Assist the Community Manager in the preparation
of board meetings/annual meetings, ie. Packets,
meeting rooms
Attend meetings, as needed
Maintain data entry and filing
Cross train with the Front Desk
Perform all other job requests as assigned by
management.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum one year experience as manager of multiple
community associations
State Community Association Management certification
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage portfolio of properties assigned.
Take all calls from members of the Board of Directors
of properties managed
Ensure timely return of management contract renewals
Maintain all records of properties managed in a timely
manner
Respond to all written correspondence within seven
days
Complete property management certification process
Keep informed and make Board members of properties
managed aware of all Federal, State and local legislation
which may have an impact on the association
Attend Board meetings of properties managed, take
minutes and develop action lists. Mail to Board members
within five days of meeting
Ensure property inspections are being done per contracts
and non-compliance policy followed per Board
Process delinquent accounts per the adopted Board
policy for each property
Adhere to Terra West’s standard of conduct
Possess vehicle, insurance, current valid Nevada
driver license and vehicle registration
