Disclosure Resale Certificate ($160.00) – Nevada statutes require that the seller of a home in an association provide this information to the buyer. It includes general account information and copies of all available association documents, including the required "letter of litigation".

Resale Demand ($145.00)– Also known as a “demand letter”, this report shows all association account related balances and transfer fees to be collected at closing along with closing instructions.

Lender Report ($198.00) – This report is used by mortgage companies when underwriting a loan. It provides information about the association and includes copies of the association documents. Note that we do not complete forms provided by lenders.

Updated Documents ($75.00)– This report can only be ordered if you have placed an order within the previous 90 days. It provides updated disclosure information at a reduced cost.

Your order will be processed within 10 calendar days. For an additional payment of $125.00, your order can be expedited and it will be processed within 3 business days.
