To obtain your initial login information you will need to provide the last name of the primary owner, the account number as it appears on the association statements, and a valid email address. Your initial login information will be sent to you via email. Once logged in, you will create your own permanent username and password.

Notice: If your property is in a sub association of a master association, in most cases you have to make two separate assessment payments. The master association has assessments and the sub association has assessments. Currently, you will have to log-in twice to pay each assessment due to each separate association. We are constantly trying to improve the functionality of the web portal, and have already targeted this process to be enhanced. Terra West is working with the web master to develop a work around to resolve the current structure.
