Page 1 - Introduction

Dear Prospective Vendor:

Thank you for expressing an interest in becoming part of the Terra West Vendor List.  This list is distributed to all community association and residential property managers and assistants throughout our organization and is used when procuring bids and/or services for our clients.

Before a vendor is considered for the Terra West Vendor List, they must complete this online Vendor Application Agreement.  During the application process, all prospective vendors are required to provide the following:

  1. Copies of all Business Licenses: Contractors License, Swimming Pool Company Certifications, any licenses issued by the Nevada Real Estate Division or any other specialty licenses that apply to your company.
  2. Copies of Certificates of Insurance:
    • Workers Comp Insurance - Minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required naming Terra West Management Services as the Certificate Holder.  Also required for Sole Proprietors.
    • General Liability Insurance - Minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required naming Terra West Management Services as the Certificate Holder.
    • Automobile Insurance - Minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required naming Terra West Management Services as the Certificate Holder.  Coverage must include Owned, Non-Owned and Hired Vehicles.
  3. A Completed W-9 Form: you can download a W-9 form and complete it by clicking here.

Upon receipt of all required information, you will receive a series of emails confirming that your application has been received, as well as an email notification every time the status of your application is changed in our system (pending review, approved or rejected).  Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for your application to be processed.
